Meet the Founder.
The 10th was founded by Lara (Founder of Rhea Creative Agency) to answer a simple question: Where do entrepreneurs go to be real and connect with like-midned entrepreneurs?
We all know that specific feeling after a deep conversation with a close friend who shares our values. You walk away with a new perspective, feeling lighter and genuinely inspired. The 10th was created to capture that exact feeling.
I realized that while books and podcasts are powerful tools for growth, they cannot compare to the sensation of actually connecting with people in person. A human experience. As an introvert, I found that traditional networking events often drained my energy. I wanted to create the opposite: a space that refills your cup with people that can be your friends and genuelly wish the you the best.
Navigating the journey of an expat and an entrepreneur, and helping other founders build their businesses, I found that my clients were constantly seeking guidance on the delicate balance between life and business.
While "networking" was easy, true connection was scarce. Even when we have supportive friends, they don’t always understand the unique weight of building a unique idea and how challenging can be to surround yourself with uplifting and inspiring people. The 10th is that space, it was created to change that.

We strictly limit every gathering to maximum 10 selected people. No crowds, no small talk. Just a selected circle of conscious individuals ready to pause the noise. To slow down, have truly inspiring conversations, and exchange the kind of wisdom that leaves us feeling lighter and more aligned.

You might ask, why the name The 10th Social?
We believe success is a cycle. While our gatherings are for all of us to connect and enjoy the conversations as individuals with shared values, they are fueled by a greater purpose.
In astrology, the 10th House governs your highest calling. It represents your legacy, your authority, and the mark you leave on the world. But often, we get so lost in the "hustle" and forget that we are human and how much a healthy life balance is important. We forget how much connecting with yourself and others is beneficial for growth, motivation and happiness.
On another note, the name holds a grounded promise, too. Every brand we elevate helps build a future. We invest in safety for those starting over, and opportunity for those starting out. Rhea Creative Agency donates 10% of its profits to support refugee rehabilitation and the next generation of creatives.
