We build brands for a living, but we know that a logo doesn't run a company, people do. The 10th Social is a traveling series of intimate gatherings for CEOs and founders. We meet in different cities, from Barcelona to the world, to discuss the reality of building a business.

We strictly limit every gathering to 10–15 selected people. No crowds, no small talk. Just a selected table of incredible individuals who are ready to learn from each other and help each other grow.

Each event features one guest speaker and focus on a different struggles—from "Navigating the anxiety of ambition" to "The courage to stop performing and start being" and more. We look broadly at what it takes to succeed as a whole human, not just a CEO. Because sharing the reality helps us grow and learn.

We pledge 10% of Rhea Creative Agency’s net profits to support refugee rehabilitation and to fund opportunities for the next generation of young creatives.
